Automatic Flight-Delay Notifications

How It Works
Trips with a flight number and pickup today are checked automatically. If the flight is delayed or cancelled, the system sends email and (for the driver) SMS, then records that the notification was sent so you don’t get duplicate alerts. Configure Flight status airports in Company Settings for efficient bulk checks at your main airports.
Track My Ride (Live Driver Map)

How It Works
Customers open the customer portal and view their active trip. The map shows the driver’s live location; status text shows “Driver en route,” “Arrived at pickup,” or “Trip completed.” Uses the same GPS pipeline as your management map, with a customer-portal-safe view.
Geofencing & Automatic Status Updates

How It Works
As the driver’s GPS position enters the pickup or dropoff geofence, the system can automatically set “Arrived at pickup” or “Arrived at dropoff” / “Completed.” Dispatchers and passengers see status and ETA without manual driver updates.
SMS Trip Notifications (Compliant Program)

How It Works

How It Works
Creating Templates: Go to Configuration → Trip Templates. Create templates for your most common routes with pre-filled locations, passengers, rates, and more.
Using Templates: Click "New Trip" → "Create from Template" → Select your template → Adjust date and details → Create!
Duplicating Trips: Open any trip → Click "Duplicate Trip" → Form fills with trip data, date set to tomorrow → Adjust and save!
Bulk Trip Operations

Bulk Assign: Select trips → Click "Assign to Driver" → Choose driver → All trips assigned at once!

How It Works
Adding Notes: Edit any trip → Click "View Notes" → Select note type (Manager, Driver, or Internal) → Write your note → Use @username for mentions → Add note!
Note Types: Manager Notes (visible to all), Driver Notes (trip feedback), Internal Comments (private, manager-only).
Viewing Notes: All notes appear in chronological order with author, timestamp, and type. Internal comments are clearly marked.

Flight Status & Suggested Pickup
PremiumWhen you enter a flight number and date for an airport trip, the app looks up the flight and suggests a pickup time. When a flight is delayed, suggest moving the pickup with one click.

How It Works
Creating/Editing a Trip: Choose Airport Trip → Enter flight number (e.g., AA1234) and pickup date → After a short delay, the app looks up the flight and shows status, arrival time, and a "Use suggested pickup" button. Click it to set pickup to arrival + 25 minutes.
Trip List: Click "Check Status" on any trip with a flight number → App shows current flight status. If the flight is delayed, you'll see "Flight X min late. Suggest pickup at 3:45 PM?" with an Apply button. Click Apply to update the trip's pickup time to the suggested time.
Premium Only: Flight status lookup and suggested pickup use the Flight Status API, included in the Premium plan. On Basic/Free, "Check Status" opens FlightRadar24 in a new tab.
