When you sign up through the "Start Free Trial" link on our website, you automatically receive:

During Your Trial

  1. Trial Banner: You'll see a banner at the top of your dashboard showing days remaining and a direct link to subscription management.
  2. Full Feature Access: During your trial, you have access to all Basic tier features including unlimited trips, location management, custom fields, standard reports, and email support.
  3. Subscribe Anytime: You can subscribe at any point during your trial. Your subscription will begin immediately, and you'll be billed from that date.

If your account remains inactive for 90 days, we may permanently delete your account and all associated data. Once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Q: When will I be charged?
A: You're charged immediately when you subscribe. After that, you're billed monthly on the same date.
Q: Can I cancel anytime?

Q: What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
A: After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for account reactivation. We recommend exporting your data before canceling.
